LAMPORT ROBOTICS — PINCER1 Product brief A new kind of cold wallet. It's a robot. Pincer1 is a six-legged robot in black and graphite. It sees and hears its owner, explains transaction requests, and requires physical touch for ordinary signing. One seed, every major chain: Solana, Ethereum and the EVM networks, Bitcoin. PRESALE Coming soon. Ordering is not open yet. Details will be announced at https://lamportrobotics.com/presale Support: support@lamportrobotics.com CORE EXPERIENCE Presence-gated approval: lidar presence, moving-viewpoint face and liveness checks, voice passphrase and speaker verification, and a dedicated capacitive touch input. Transaction reading: amount, destination and available address history are explained aloud and on the 4.3-inch display. The controller independently parses transaction bytes and rejects understated claims. Scam filtering: checks include drainer patterns, address poisoning, fake airdrops, malicious delegations, unfamiliar programs, hidden instructions, authority changes and unlimited approvals. No filter guarantees detection of every harmful transaction. App approval: a Chrome Solana wallet extension forwards app requests for explanation and physical approval. Duress mode: a designated expression or hidden word opens a decoy wallet, locks the real wallet and issues a silent alert. Lifting, bagging or losing sight of the owner ends the active signing session. Companion: talk, listen, remember and respond when called. Choose a local language model or optional Claude connection for conversation. SECURITY ARCHITECTURE The Jetson computer and browser extension are treated as untrusted. The RP2350 controller independently parses transaction bytes and owns the touch input and secure-element connection. NXP SE050 stores signing keys and supplies Ed25519 signing for Solana. The encrypted channel uses controller-provisioned keys; signed firmware and secure boot protect the controller path. A rhythm PIN is checked inside the secure element with a five-attempt limit. Setup includes a 24-word recovery backup intended for offline storage. Seed words do not appear on the front display. A stolen recovery backup can bypass the robot; approving a correctly disclosed harmful transaction remains the owner's decision. Ordinary transactions require touch. Owner-enabled agent allowances and pre-signed inheritance are distinct flows with explicit controller limits. NXP's SE050 component certification is not certification of the complete Pincer1 product. HARDWARE Hexapod with 18 feedback serial-bus servos and 3 mm aluminium plates. Four-axis arm with Luxonis OAK-D Lite stereo depth camera. 4.3-inch IPS front display. NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super 8 GB with encrypted NVMe and secure boot. Raspberry Pi Pico 2 / RP2350, NXP SE050, capacitive touch and radio relay. Slamtec RPLIDAR C1 360-degree 2D lidar, IMU, four-microphone array and speakers. 3S Li-ion 21700 pack, approximately 200 Wh. Estimated runtime: 4–5 hours active, 10+ hours standing watch. Optional charging dock with underbody pogo contacts. OPTIONAL CAPABILITIES Each option is off by default, enabled individually by the owner and cannot be activated remotely. Room lock: enrolled lidar room fingerprint or home map. Two-person rule: two enrolled people above an owner-defined threshold. Offline payments: durable-nonce transactions retained or shown as QR codes, subject to nonce validity. Air-gap relay: physical radio-power switching according to presence or an authorized agent window. Inheritance: pre-signed transfer to an heir, controller-held powered-time timer, owner-touch proof of life and advance warnings. Wake-up alarm: owner-set asset or portfolio threshold, physical alert or phone alert when away, and quiet hours. Mapping and navigation: named rooms and lidar-based movement around the home. Charging dock: return below 20%, leave at 90% or when called. Overnight agent: long-touch budget grant, bounded execution, automatic allowance expiry and a morning report for larger proposed moves. LAMPORT ROBOTICS A lamport is the smallest unit of SOL. The name also nods to Leslie Lamport's work on distributed systems. We build physical machines around digital ownership.
